25 Random Things About Me

I was tagged on Facebook, so I wrote 25 random things about me. Mario suggested I put it up here so here it is. Those of you who have been following my blogs for the last many years already know most of it, but you may learn something new. Feel free to add your own 25 random things about you.

I dunno if I said this before, but I like Lily Crow. You should check out the number of places the name could be from, because you don't want anyone saying you're pretending to be Ojibway or something. But I suspect it could come from several places, so all is good.

Heck, Lily's bio could include the place her name is from.

I think if I'm renaming myself, I can call myself anything I want. I take the name Crow from the flying creatures who speak to me everyday. I am definitely from the culture of the crow. And they think it's wonderful!

I changed my name legally 12 years ago ... the whole deal, first, middle and last names. After it was done, the lawyer who handled it for me said, "Now your name fits who you really are." If you really want to do it, go for it. :)

As to No. 19, I remember one time when I was living in New Orleans, we had a serious cockroach infestation (the little bugs, not the big water bugs.) I hate using pesticides, but in this case it seemed inevitable.

I wanted to give them a chance to leave on their own, so a couple of days ahead of time, I told them what was going to happen and suggested they move on immediately. I also noticed there were some spiders living near where the bugs were.

Don't you know, by the next morning the spiders had all packed up and left. (The bugs didn't take the hint, unfortunately.)

Kim,
You know me -- never could live my life on the EtherNet -- but my 25 things are on Facebook.
BTW, I always loved Mickey Souris!
